I've been neglecting my journal the past couple of months but I really enjoy trying to get my thoughts down on paper each morning.

Think through what was yesterday, think through what could be today, and capturing those thoughts as they exist in the moment.

I tried doing this electronically, which might be why my habit suffered.

The feel of ink to paper is what seals it for me.
