A couple of months ago I went to the little cafe downstairs and asked them for something gluten free. The only thing they had was this plastic container full of plain chicken, broccoli florets, and pieces of carrot.
I was starving, and didn't have another option in the time frame, so I just accepted that I'd be eating something different & bland that I would never eat again.
Damn if it isn't just the tastiest little thing I would happily eat every day. It's drenched in lemon juice and herbs, and it's healthy AF.
