I'll mute them soon, maybe block them, but right now I'm honestly curious where they are getting this idea...
My best guess is they've misinterpreted the last of the Constitution that says Congress can raise an army and declare war as giving them some kind of operational control of the military and... That's just wrong! Factually incorrect! Because the same document *specifically* says the President is the commander in chief of those forces and that's about as clear as it can be.
