I don't think there has ever been any collateral damage from people Putin did take out. Putin almost certainly didn't do it.
There were many who wanted Prigozhin dead - even Hillary vowed to suicide him (after he interfered with her destruction in Africa). It didn't look like a Hillary job either.
And accident is not entirely ruled out - the security people were transporting high explosives, and may have screwed up storing them. There was a similar flight in the US in 2017 where improperly stored explosives went off causing an almost identical plunge to the earth.
