Mixed-sex washrooms are already where the majority of “incidents” occur, and men nowadays are only empowered to deal with specific and blatant types of sex predators, because if they get it wrong, they can go to prison or face a civil suit for “discrimination”.
How is anyone supposed to be able to distinguish a voyeurist or an exhibitionist from a “poor, marginalized trans woman”, and be sure enough about it to feel confident confronting them? They can’t, which is exactly how the sex predators and sex pests want it.
