so, I've been recommended to bring a bit more of sebastian's backstory into this thing, and I've got this section that's always felt a little placeholder-y for me, so it seems like the perfect place to put in a flashback. But I'm bumping hard against what to flashback to. What part of Sebastian's past is relevant here?
