So, I guess this is my introduction post...
This is a secondary Fediverse account that I've set up specifically to talk about mental health related stuff.
I was late diagnosed with #ADHD in my mid 20s, diagnosed with #PTSD in my late 30s, and after a hospitalization in February, the possibility was raised that I might be #autistic as well... Formal evaluation isn't something that's been discussed yet, and I'm still trying to figure out if that's something I want to pursue or if self-Dx is enough or if it was just a suggestion that a professional made that had no merit.
I'm an #artist and was formerly employed in the tech industry.
