Most people’s gnoetic structure is formed by age 12.
That’s 12 years of cage building that often must be undone as they age further.
So much trauma!
A business colleague of mine actually has an email experience titled “The Breakthrough Booth” where he walks people through breaking free of the cage(s) that have been built (or they built) around them.
