Younger people have always been a lot more prude-ish than the older generation for any alternative/queer/kink space. Even for a generation that doesn't have as repressed parents as we had, I think it's still really really hard to shake off the inherent shame that comes with sex in our awful, repressed Judeo-Christian society ​
