Persacly why it doesn't make a difference. When it begins to even hint at change, they reset the pieces and restart. Tell me how much better we are under a different group of "leaders"? I'm nearly 60 and haven't seen anything different. Democracy is a system that keeps the status quo. A system that can and does elect a government with as little as 30% of the vote.
