I just saw a youtube short where a woman asked some... Like.. Business dude on like a TV show for advice. She runs a small business and thinks her employees deserve a raise but she can't in that moment afford it.
she has one full time employee who makes 50k a year. And net profit, before she even paid herself was 42k.
so even before a raid the employee makes more than her.
Which actually I think is really cool.
