One of the strengths of this platform is that you can choose with whom you engage, and I've adopted a policy of ignoring people who lead with an irrational outburst.
Not everyone has that policy, though. For a pretty good example, you might try following npub1kpwlxpzkxfmuxjmzc2wp3rf9vjg0sgydmlhsnrgqr3maf59h86qqdxxzz4 (npub1kpw…xzz4) . He seems to get into a discussion like this a couple times a week, and while entertaining to the rest of us, I imagine it must be terribly draining for him.
