When I see the decisions people make about who they feel safe to go maskless with, I think about all the men (especially at the peak of the AIDS crisis) who'd say, "We don't need a condom, baby: I'm a nice guy."
That's not how infectious disease transmission works, and it's not how effective risk calculation works.
