274. What therapeutic practices help you get into the right headspace for writing?
Most of the time I just sit down and write. On rare occasions when I'm stuck I do a bit of EFT tapping. I don't know if there is some scientific background for it, but it does help me get unstuck. Maybe it's the rhythm of the taps or the mumbling of the mantra that wakes the creative brain up again.
