For the last few years I've been advocating the use of Security Show & Tells to correlate current world events with shifts in security posture and business processes.
But I've never bothered writing down exactly how that process works or what it looks like, until now!
We've had a lot of success building rapport with other areas of the business, increased our adoption of new security controls, and learned a ton from our non-security partners.
