I have recently embarked on a no-holds-barred campaign to improve my sleep, after things got so bad that I was hallucinating instead of dreaming.
The first step was to evict the two cats from the bedroom at night; although my wife can sleep with cats pressed against her, I 100% cannot.
We hadn't done this before now because one of the cats, when excluded from the bedroom, stands outside the door and whines endlessly.
So the second step was earplugs.
Holy shit what a difference.
