I just think that's really cool, and I hope she is proud of me, wherever her soul resides now.
Personally—and I don't talk religion/faith often because I mostly feel it's a private thing—I do believe in an afterlife. But I also believe in reincarnation as a choice, so maybe she's alive again somewhere. For all I know, I AM her, because she died the exact day I was conceived (why my mother decided to tell me this once, I have no idea, because...creepy lol).
