Being forced to stand in front of a club and give feedback on EVERY photo is just not something I look forward to. And if the feedback is honest, the club members won't be happy either.
It's such a different framework to how I share and teach in the real world. On my workshops we have depth in discussions and depth to sets of images and a chance for people find where they shine.
Clubs just score photos. It's a very blunt tool for developing talent.
