Again, you demonstrate that your concern is more about having an opinion approved by some authority.
You have presented no data. What you have done is present biased conclusions drawn from corrupt "studies" funded by major corporations that make money selling unhealthy garbage with high profit margins & then selling treatments for the ailments their unhealthy garbage creates. If you look into the funding of those studies you will find major conflicts of interest. If you look into the handling of the data there is almost always some calculated effort to group things in a way that will hide the actual changes. Like saying total meat consumption has risen while ignoring that beef & fatty meat consumption has actually fallen.
If you were actually interested in science you would address any of my arguments about nutritional bioavailablity & anthropological evidence of health.
If you were intellectually honest or mentally curious AT ALL you would recognize that for me (and the others I have mentioned) to have improved our health & become lean & strong by doing the very thing that govts & health "authorities" claim is the MOST damaging way to live (eating large amounts of red meat & saturated fat with lots of salt every day) there MUST be something wrong with the dominant health & nutrition narratives. But you show no curiousity or honesty at all. You make repeated appeals to authority & "consensus."
