Once upon a time, a young man named Homocryptus set out on a journey to Los Angeles to find the answers he was searching for. He had come to LA twice, once to follow the love of a girl and once to pursue an idea he was passionate about. Over the past two years, Homocryptus had lived in five different cities and ten houses, and had to rely on the kindness of his friends for a place to stay as he worked tirelessly to keep his startup, Fashtime, alive.

In December 2016, Homocryptus took a big risk and put everything on the line, using money he received as a gift for his master's degree to fund his startup and survive. Despite his best efforts, Homocryptus knew that the money wouldn't be enough and he had to take on debt in order to launch his app and keep his startup going until today.

However, despite his hard work and perseverance, Homocryptus was unable to find the success he was seeking in LA. The city was too strong and he was too weak to win the fight on his own. After losing the battle, Homocryptus went spending the next 6 months reflecting on his future and trying to make the right decisions.
