please don’t think you did anything or deserve to suffer. This world is unjust. So many suffer and feel broken. I have found getting out to the dog park helps me. Listening to funny shows or podcasts. All one can do is one’s best to live with integrity respecting yourself, others, the earth. The rest is the challenge of life. We are living in terrible times.
