yah I dunno about that, as someone who is generally on the sharp end of testimonial injustice, I see the rational judgment but I'd deny ascribing ethics to that in a socially situated context of relative power dynamics because I subscribe strictly to seeing ethics only within a proactive framework and not within a purely reactive framework.
