Some of my coleagues think it is a sign of virtue to go and earn more money by cooperating with big pharma. Doctors have fully managed to convince themselves that there is nothing immoral about their prostitution to the pharmaceutical firms. These companies have the blood of hundreds of thousands of people on their greedy hands.
