Despite all my other reservations, I would probably vote for Trump but the connections to Palantir are scary.
Mass military-grade surveillance is likely coming anyway, but Trump's admin seems like a shortcut. Vance is smarter than anyone the US has seen in that office in a long while - and deeply connected to Thiel.
