1. Personal responsibility will be more important, consequences of actions will felt rather than disconnected through passive welfare.
2. Crime won't pay as much, better key storage will prevent Bitcoin being lost to violent crime. If someone is a victim of crime their Bitcoin would still be safe and could be used to track down the offender and enact justice.
