I am desperatly begging people to calendarise appointments for when they actually are rather than trying to manually block out time for when you have to leave or some other crackbrained logic. If the thing is from 1:00-2:00pm, put it in the calendar for then. Do not factor in your personal musings about the route you’ll take and how long it’ll take to get ready and put it in for 11:50am-2:00pm
