I thought the Olympics ruled only biologically born women can compete in women’s and the same for men having to do with certain levels of hormones. Nikki Hiltz (the trans/binary woman in the article snippet you showed) is a biologically born female who now identifies as binary/trans or something (not a biologically born man competing against women).
