Public transport in Munich is a monopoly. The public transport company #mvg advertises itself everywhere. Presumably this costs. Why advertise if u r a monopoly? A single ticket costs 3.90 €. That is extortionate for short trip. Should charge per km rate for all users. The season tickets are really cheap. Why? They de facto shock you to pay a monthly tax. Whether this model even covers the costs and investments I dunno. But it is wrong to charge the occasional user so much & waste cash on ads.
