And if I were to describe the ideal forge for Fedora,
I would say:
1) full interoperability so that it supports integrations with external tools
2) full configuration as a code so that it doesn't have admin panel to click things to configure anything
3) maintain large codebase by a small team
4) audit trail
5) simple drive-by contributions
6) labels, states, permissions...
...
And UI would not be on the list even. Because if you have interoperability - you get whatever UI you need.
