So I wasn't surprised when Biden's "nothing will fundamentally change" got the job, and indeed, nothing fundamentally changed.
I suppose I expected more of an effort on COVID, at least some program to modernize ventilation systems in schools and public buildings, because the payoff for that would have been huge, but to be honest, I'd have been shocked if anything changed.
