If you can swing it, I would recommend dividing the total balance by 6 and paying that amount every month for the next six months. You'll save significant money that way. By the time you pay off your credit card you'll be used to living on that budget and you can then start putting that amount into Bitcoin every month.
I've been divorced twice and I have a mountain of old debt I'm paying off as a result. I plan to be debt free in 2 years.
