As for me, I'm gonna stop eating out, which is a big contributor still to my unintentional seed oil consumptions and am going to eat more red meat (grass fed) instead of other animal products. And up the fat.
I gonna get this thing done and bring my health back to where it was last time I was strictly on carnivore diet 4 years ago and be even better than that.
A well-meaning but un-informed friend suggested I eat more "balanced" diet and I have to say I was tempted for a minute because I felt "carnivore" diet wasn't doing it for me rn, but actually it's because I am NOT strictly carnivore and because of the seed oil still and because not enough fat and red meat.
Last time I was on carnivore which fixed EVERY SINGLE health problem I had and didn't even know that I had, I pretty much DID NOT eat out AT ALL!!!
#pocketsteak time for real!!

I see a lot of IG influencers taking this frame lately:
"You should feel better about yourself because I'm actually way uglier in person."
Ok...I guess that might make some girls feel better, but why not address the root of the problem so we can take steps to make people healthier, and look better, naturally?
This girl's skin is destroyed from all the toxic chemicals she's been covering it with.
Big Chemical companies have convinced the majority of modern women that it's totally normal to cover your skin with poison. (And then to cover up the inevitable effect of that poison--horrible skin--with even more poison).
Decades of relentless "you're not good enough" marketing, fiat fashion magazines, and now social media have all thrown gasoline on the fire.
If your skin isn't naturally glowing and beautiful, follow these 4 steps and thank me later:
1. Cut out all makeup. It's terrible for you.
2. Cut out all seed oils. They're terrible for you.
3. Eat more red meat, specifically grass-fed beef. I'm talking every meal. If your skin/hair are dry, that's your body telling you it's starving for more animal fat. Humans NEED animal fat in their diet to thrive. It's why we've eaten it for thousands of years, and only in the last century we've started running into these bizarre new health problems out of nowhere.
4. Once you've strictly followed the above 3 for a few months, you should see a massive improvement, AND potentially be able to spend time in the sun WITHOUT BURNING for the first time in your life. Throw all your sunscreen (also toxic poison) into the trash, and gradually increase sun exposure each day to finalize that goddess-like golden glow you deserve ☀️☀️☀️
