I vaguely remember reading a theory once that the Flintstones and Jetsons were actually happening at the same time...they shared a timeline and place in time, but the cavemen were what was left on the planet after capital took to the skies.
Or possibly I came up with that theory while tripping. It could go either way, really...but as a theory, I like it.
