Serious customers have always capitulated after dancing one dance. If they want a sponsored post, they'll show me their URL in order to get a price quote. By definition, if they won't show me their URL, they aren't a serious customer. It's a basic filter for me.
What's new is that the non-serious customers are now willing to dance endless rounds of the dance. They keep coming back, endlessly, demanding to know my "budget" (my price). They won't show me a URL, but they won't give up, either.
