Hi Jim,
Ya, they replaced the grip when it failed, no problem. I'm just tired of dealing with the pen when none of my others have an issue.
I kind of wonder if the plastic that they used back then was just brittle or something. It's a 2013, so they may also tell me to take a hike.
I've moved to an E95s for a travel pen which is *much* nicer, so I have little motivation there too.
