These guys are in Lancaster County, PA. I ran into them a while back....they build some pretty rad coops with some of the features you speak of... to the tune of $30k.
I also saw a mobile coop that had lamb up front chickens behind all in self contained ship. Was featured in maybe "furrow" magazine. I'll see if I can find a link. That was really neat too.
