"content": "14 hours at a time doesn't seem too risky, especially as I'm an office monkey. I could see it being potentially a concern in August if being active and outside though. I also probably drink MORE water before and after daylight while fasting than I do when I'm not fasting, as I start the day with a cup of MUD/WTR and 4 cups of water and end it with at least 4 cups of water and some pomegranate juice",
