[Salty rant incoming]
Apples amazing “select a browser” UI the EU forced on us was the reason my dad had Firefox installed and set as default, passwords not auto filling and him being confused why he cannot sign in to Sky using a QR code as he’s used to.
I have not seen a single good thing come out of this stupid legislation but for a handful of tech savvy people who bought devices tied to an ecosystem they don’t want or like.
