Yesterday I was picking herbs with a wise, lovely woman. Barefoot in a meadow and careful to honor the plants and not exploit nature too much. We cut all the herbs into very small pieces and then ground them with 4 kg of pure unrefined rock salt in a stone mortar. Then it went on trays into the dehydrator and when everything will be dry, the beautiful, coloured dried flowers will be added.
Then the mixture will be filled into small jars and labeled. Such beautiful work! I helped her with this project all afternoon yesterday as an energy balance for a treatment I received from her. We had such wonderful and profound conversations and it was so harmonious. The sun was shining and we enjoyed it so much. Helping each other in exchange for me is the healthiest "money" 🌳🌱💚
