My new hearing aids will take some adjustment. Being able to hear sounds that were lost to me years ago makes even simple things like typing a new adventure.
It's like getting used to new glasses.
Or any significant change, really.
Some changes come so often, we overlook them. Others require learning new habits and adjusting to the new environment.
