After struggling for a few days with my LND node on Start9 (npub126n…e9ll) while trying to connect it to Alby (npub1get…0nfm) hub... I realise how early we still are.
In a few years it will all be plug-and-play. Just the same as your Internet router is just a box that's in your house and you forget about (except maybe when a guest needs the wifi password)... maybe with additional security features like a physical keyfob that you keep somewhere safe.
The company that gets there first will deserve to make a mint!
Start9, Casa, Umbrel, Alby and others are doing a great job simplifying UX... but there's still a lot of work to do!
