Anyone got any suggestions for a crowd pleasing but not too difficult veggie main course for a family celebration. We are having a big get together and we all have to take main course dish. My job is to take the veggie option.
I will probably go for Rose Elliot's recipe for a mushroom croustade which is yummy but open to other ideas. I need to be able to make it on Saturday and then transport it to my sister's house on Sunday morning.
