Soon heading out for a trail run. This weeks long run.
This time a variant of a route I use once in a while … haven’t been in the new segments there … hope they’re good 🤠🏃🏻♂️👌🏼
Will also be using todays run to evaluate wether I can run long with my groin area niggles. If it is too painful or irritation blows up again … then I’ll have to skip next week’s race for sure. If not then it’s still an option I figure 🤞🏼
