Curator of Mastodon.art fediblock :newt: (npub1wc2…4sk7) #XMPP clients are okay these days. Of course apps with a lot of funding and no interoperability with other software to care about have more shiny stuff, but Conversations (gratis on F-Droid) is just a solid messenger that does one thing and does it well.
