A new day. A new chance to succeed.
I woke with a nightmare hangover. Not from drinking last night. From the nightmare that woke me this morning.
It's been a while but it's a theme I recognize. Almost like an old, somewhat obnoxious, friend.
Terrible way to start the day but, like most of life, I don't have much choice. Going back to sleep is not an option. Getting jolted awake took care of that.
I can do laundry today. That calms me.
I hope you find an island of calm #today
