There are a few lies I hear within the church that grieve me. These lies are keeping people from being fully free.

Similar to how the lies in Fiat keep people in bondage, these lies keep people from life.

One of the lies is that God gives people illnesses and sicknesses in order to teach them something, or to use them to bless someone else.
It's like when the government steals your money and claims it's for your best. How ever, this is NOT God! Fiat claims inflation is needed, but we know it's not!
The enemy claims God brings sickness, but it's the enemy who does. God wants everyone healed! God is just really good at His job so He'll work on all levels and not just the level of healing. He'll also work on your heart, if you're open, and He'll use you to bless those around you, if you're open. But if you're not open to Him healing you, He won't overstep. By renouncing this lie, and accepting the TRUTH that God wants to heal you, it opened up the opportunity for Him to do so!

Another lie is that "We're sinners saved by grace, but still sinners."
No! A sinner who is saved by grace is no longer a sinner!!! He has become a saint! A child of God! A new creation!
The only thing left is the renewing of the mind. Aka, starting to believe the truth of who we actually are and that sin no longer has a grip on us! We can still chose to sin, but we are not sinners. It's no longer identificational. Our identity is as Children of God.

Another lie I've come across, even from those who don't believe the first two lies, is that there are some things that are "above our pay grade". Like why sometimes someone doesn't get healed when we pray for them.
This is another lie that hurts my heart, because it incentivizes people to give up and not seek the truth behind it, to not learn and grow.
A proverb says, "It's the glory of God to hide a matter and the glory of kings to search it out"
And when the disciples couldn't set someone free, they went to Jesus, who instantly told them, "this one only comes out through prayer and fasting" and then he healed/set the person free.
Jesus never said anything was above our pay grade. In fact, it was the opposite. When asked why, he always answered. To his close friends, those who could handle it, he explained all the parables.

Really, it's all about intimacy with God, knowing Him and His character, and asking questions when we don't understand or know something.
God is all good, so if something isn't good, it's not from God, so instead of blaming God, how about asking Him where He's at, or what His best solution to the problem might be. And trust that He loves to talk with you!

God is good, and we're made in His image! Hence, we are good!
