i don't know anything, but what if someone lived in a pure sterile environment then is exposed to the real world, wouldn't they get horrifically sick until their body built up its immunity to all the viruses that they've never been exposed to?

so exposing oneself to lots of stuff builds up your immunity. or no?

you do run the risk of dying or being severely harmed by purposefully exposing yourself to all these viruses and bacteria.

like i said, i really don't know.
