PC Gamer is weirdly going to bat for the PS5 Pro, saying, "For $700, it's actually a good deal."

Look, if someone doesn't already have a PS5, *only* wants to do couch gaming, is fine with no optical disc drive, and is all right with paying for online access... okay.

But on this point about game access, PC Gamer should know better.

It's simply not true that the PS5 gives you access to the exactly the same games as on PC.

The PS5's entire library is a paltry 2,745 games. In comparison, 12,765 games were released on PC alone. That's just year to date in 2024. Again, on Steam alone.
