He strictly argued against any government oversight and pulled the "just inform the consumer and vote with your wallet" card. That's unreasonably libertarian if you ask me. Also it contradicts the fact that, indeed, you can't just "vote with your wallet" something away in modern libertarian systems due to overpowering corporate interests and manipulative marketing + customer manipulation.
