"content": "My 80+ aunt \u0026 uncle in Wales effectively have no NHS GP now because it's impossible to get face to face appointments \u0026 practice often offers only online appts. They are excluded from the services they need because they cannot master the technology their GP is hiding behind. So now they have to pay for a private GP where at least they can see a doctor. Technology is not the answer: proper funding, pay \u0026 recruitment of skilled staff is the only solution.",
